2.Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Once your order is confirmed and payment is accepted, a contract is formed between you and Headland Hounds. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
3.Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is taken at the time of ordering via our secure checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards.
4.Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control. Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom.
5.Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty or not as described. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
6.Product information
Our treats are made for dogs only and should not be consumed by humans. Always supervise your dog when giving treats. Ensure fresh water is available at all times. Consult your vet if your dog has any known allergies or dietary requirements before introducing new treats. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and ingredient information are accurate, but details may change — always check the label on receipt.
7.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Headland Hounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
